Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any securities.
All investment decisions are made entirely by you. The alerts and deployment instructions generated by the system are based on rules YOU define or choose from templates. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Markets are unpredictable and you can lose money.

By accessing or using PortfolioFlare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PortfolioFlare provides portfolio monitoring, market data alerts, strategy templates, and educational content. The Service monitors publicly available market data and generates alerts based on user-defined rules. The Service does not access, connect to, or trade on any brokerage accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Portfolio data you enter is self-reported and PortfolioFlare does not verify its accuracy.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Template purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.
PortfolioFlare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, missed alerts, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
By using PortfolioFlare, you agree to be bound by the FRED® API Terms of Use. Data series accessed through the FRED® API may be owned by third parties and subject to copyright restrictions. You are solely responsible for complying with any requirements or restrictions imposed on usage of data series by their respective owners. Market prices are sourced from Yahoo Finance and may be delayed by 15 minutes or more. Macroeconomic indicators including CAPE ratio, credit spreads, and Treasury yields are sourced from public APIs and websites including FRED®, multpl.com, and stockmarketperatio.com. PortfolioFlare does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
SMS text alerts are an optional feature. By enabling text alerts in your notification settings and verifying your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated alert text messages from PortfolioFlare at the number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your alert settings and market activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the Service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the alerts you request.
Account information: Your email address, name, and phone number (optional) provided during registration.
Portfolio data: Ticker symbols, share counts, target allocations, and strategy configurations you voluntarily enter. This data is self-reported and we do not connect to any brokerage accounts.
Preferences: Custom trigger rules, notification settings, rebalance schedules, and alert history.
Usage data: Page views, feature usage, and alert delivery logs used to maintain and improve the Service.
Your portfolio data is used solely to generate personalized alerts, dashboard views, and strategy evaluations. We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your personal or portfolio data to third parties. We may use aggregate, anonymized data for product improvement. Email addresses are used for account management, alert delivery, and Service-related communications only.
Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plaintext. We do not store brokerage credentials — we never ask for them. All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
Your account data and portfolio information are retained for as long as your account is active. Alert history and portfolio snapshots are retained for performance tracking purposes. Upon account deletion, all personally identifiable information and portfolio data are permanently removed within 30 days.

We use session cookies for authentication only. These cookies are essential for the Service to function and expire when you close your browser or sign out. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your Profile settings or by contacting support. You may export your portfolio data at any time. You may opt out of non-essential email communications while maintaining alert delivery. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA.
